Aubrey’s End was established in 2000 as a non- profit foundation by community leaders A. Earl Swift and Terra Lynn Swift providing funding for community education programs and the performing arts. When A. Earl Swift passed away in 2006, the foundation began to focus more prominently on igniting the entrepreneurial and leadership spirit of today’s youth. To this end, the first Swift Center for Innovation and Design Technology was created in 2010, with a challenge and common commitment to educators and community leaders, to provide students with opportunities to meet real life challenges through creative design and technology innovation. It is the focus of Aubrey’s End and its partners, to share this concept with schools throughout the region by collaborating to form a national network of centers committed to this leadership philosophy. We invite you to participate in this challenge to lead.
A. Earl Swift  “I have spent a lot of time trying to understand human nature, and I have become convinced of these truths: In interpersonal relationships, people are always striving to be free, to belong and to achieve. Leaders help others accomplish their individual goals. They help others become part of a team. Most importantly, leaders help others reach beyond themselves to accomplish some greater purpose."–A. Earl Swift
